Positions
|
Everyone, with a few exceptions, wants to play forward. And at some point, everyone will get a chance. To get back into the swing of things, you will find yourself in a position that you are comfortable with, and then at some point in the season we will move you around. Gaining game experience at the various positions is vital to your development as a soccer player. Each position on the field has a role, and learning the different roles is very important to understanding the game. Keep this in mind; goals can be scored by anyone on the field, whether it's a defender making an overlapping run to the far post or a midfielder following up a rebound.
